How to Submit a Schedule Change Request

This email is being sent to all 2011 Spring Soccer League Teams

 

Step 1:           Submit an initial notification of the change at –
Any schedule change request received after 6:00 pm on Wednesday for the upcoming weekends games,
will be treated as a game cancellation and referee fees may apply.

Reason for Change   * 

Type in the reason for the change.  There is a $75.00 Fee for all game changes.

Did the other team agree to the date change?    

This is a drop down box.  Select No   since you have not contacted the other team.

 

                        Spring Soccer will change the game by a) removing the game time and b) inputting “Rescheduling then the name of the team that is requesting the Reschedule

                        This will alert the Referee Assignors not to schedule any referees and also notifies your opponent that you are requesting a schedule change.

 

Step 2:           Contact your Opponent to work out a new Play Date –

Use the Team Administrator Link to gain access to your opponent’s contact information.
If you opponent has requested a Schedule Change and has not contacted you yet, please contact them.
Always make sure your information is accurate on the Team Administrator Website.

 

It is always best to recap your understanding of any verbal agreements you make with another team in the form of an email.

By doing this simple follow in writing, it may help alleviate any miscommunication.

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE CYSA-S PLAYER CARD

No limit on new players. New players must be CYSA-S registered.   Players without a valid player pass will NOT be eligible to participate in any Spring Soccer League Game.

 

ROSTER:
You must bring two copies of your roster to each game.  One copy the referee will keep and one copy for you.

No limit - loan players.  Your roster can change from game to game.

Schedule Change Request Form

You must contact your opponent and work out a new play date.   You can view your opponents contact information signing on this site as Team Adminstrator.  The link is to your right underneath the Calendar.  You will need to follow the link for First Time Users if you have not created a user name and password.  There will be a $75 game change fee for any changes you request.

 

Any schedule change request received after 12:00 pm on Thursdays for the upcoming weekends games, will be treated as a game cancellation and referee fees may apply.

 

NO SHOWS TO ANY GAME WILL LOSE THEIR BOND ENTIRELY AND MAY BE DROPPED FROM THE LEAGUE.

HOW TO REPORT SCORES

To report score, click on schedules, age, report score.
Follow instructions in the report score window.
Do not press back. Your score will be reported in Real time.
Remember to press Reload or Refresh after posting scores.
The report score command will not be available until the day of the game.
Please contact the Scheduler for password.
