How to Submit a Schedule Change Request
This email is being sent to all 2011 Spring Soccer
League Teams
Step 1: Submit an initial
notification of the change at –
Any
schedule change request received after 6:00 pm on Wednesday for the upcoming
weekends games,
will be treated as a game cancellation and referee fees may apply.

Spring Soccer will change the game by a) removing the
game time and b) inputting “Rescheduling then the
name of the team that is requesting the Reschedule”
This will alert the Referee Assignors not to schedule
any referees and also notifies your opponent that you are requesting a schedule
change.
Step
2: Contact your Opponent to work out a new Play Date –
Use the Team Administrator Link
to gain access to your opponent’s contact information.
If you opponent has requested a Schedule Change and has not contacted you yet,
please contact them.
Always make sure your information is accurate on the Team Administrator Website.
It is always best to recap your
understanding of any verbal agreements you make with another team in the form of
an email.
By doing this simple follow in
writing, it may help alleviate any miscommunication.
