TEAM CHECK IN PROCEDURES

Check in for the Girls will be 35 to 45 minutes before your first game at the Headquarters Tent
located at the venue of your first game on Saturday, August 23, 2008.

Check in for the Boys will be 35 to 45 minutes before your first game at the Headquarters Tent
located at the venue of your first game on Saturday, August 30, 2008.

There will be a H Q Tent at all Venues.
Players can go to the fields.
Please have all paperwork ready.
Pick up your team's pins and T-Shirts (if pre-ordered) at this time.
Please complete the on line roster form and bring it to the field H Q Tent.
All teams MUST turn in a Roster Form at Check in.
All team's Rosters are frozen at check-in. (No player adds to the Roster or team.)

SCHEDULE CHANGES

There may be a few schedule changes after the schedules are posted.
Please review your schedules. Not all schedules will change.
Notification e-mails will be sent regarding any schedule changes.
It is the teams responsibility, to check their schedules for any changes that may occur.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE BEFORE HEADING FOR THE FIELDS.

AWARDS

All rostered players received Tournament pins. All teams in all Flights placing 1st and 2nd receive medals.
Please pick up Medals at the field HQ Tent.

HOW TO REPORT SCORES

Completed Game Cards will be at the Fields of play and the Referees will have them.
After the game the Referee will have you sign the card and the Referee will report the score

IF A WRONG SCORE IS POSTED

Please contact the Tournament Director at the Field Headquarters Tent - ASAP.

Tournament Roster Form: Due at Team Check In - Before first game Saturday.

Brackets / Flights are predetermined levels of play. Some tournaments use words to define these levels.
We use numbers. Number One being the top bracket. Brackets / Flights winners do NOT play other Bracket / Flight winners. Teams are placed in pools as part of a bracket / flight. Pools are not brackets / flights.
Normally, all teams in a bracket / flight will be as equal as possible. We bracket / flight by the data we receive in the on-line application.

Five Team Brackets / Flights
Five team brackets play a four game round robin with awards going to most points in order, for the top two teams.
All teams are scheduled four games in a five team bracket.

Six Team Brackets / Flights
Six team brackets play three games in pool play. We have seeded these brackets. All teams play the same teams in the first round. Placement is by most points with the top two point earners playing for the Championship and Finalists awards.

Eight Team Brackets / Flights
Eight team brackets have two pools of four. Each team is scheduled 3 games in pool.
The first place team in each pool will play for the Championship and finalist.
