Notice on Rainout Games: Reschedule Policy
Posted October 5, 2007 - 6:00 P.M.
As per the AYSO Plus Guidelines, the AYSO Plus program (Director and/or Scheduler) will not reschedule any games not played, for whatever reason.
In cases of games cancelled by rain, if both coaches agree on a date, time and venue, games cancelled by rain may be rescheduled by coaches on a venue located in either team's region, with applicable referee support to be provided by the region (or Area) where the rescheduled game is to be played. The scores for completed games will be reported on the Plus schedule in the normal manner and will count in the final standings. To allow flexibility in rescheduling games, the final standings will not be determined until November 19, 2007, which allows for an additional week and weekend (the open weekend of November 17, 2007) to make up games previously cancelled by rain. The final standings will be determined based upon average points per game for each team (total points divided by number of games played) to account for any inequities in number of games played. Example: team A plays 10 games and has 61 points and team B plays 11 games and has 66 points. Team A wins because their point average is 6.1 (61/10) vs 6.0 (66/11) for team B.
Watch the Mudline for field closures if it rains!

Injured Player Rule
Posted September 7, 2007 - 10:00 P.M.
Please note the following rule which will be applied in all Plus games this year:
If a coach, parent, or responsible person enters the field of play to assess a players injury, that player must be escorted off the field with that person. The player can then re-enter the game at a permitted time. For a further explanation, please go to:http://www.ayso11l.org/ayso_plus.htm.
Posted September 7, 2007 - 10:00 P.M.
As a visiting team, please respect your host's field and clean up after the game. Most fields do not allow pets. Unless posted to the contrary, do not bring pets to the field.
Posted August 31 - 10:00 P.M.
The schedules have now been posted for the entire 2007 season. A few notes:
1. League standings will determine medal winners for U12 - U14. For U11, each pool will stand alone for medal winners based upon pool standings. There are no playoffs. There will be an optional tournament in December.
2. In order to provide a balanced schedule, many teams will play non standing games. Although these games may not count for the standings, they are still regularly scheduled games - they are not to be considered practice games. All teams are expected to appear for these games at the scheduled time. Forfeits may invoke team or coach sanctions.
3. Please review the AYSO Plus Guidelines for game requirements.
4. For questions or information, please contact your Area Director, or firstname.lastname@example.org. Have a great season!
