Team Check In & Other Info

Teams are to check-in at the venue where their first game is played at least 1 hour before the scheduled game time.
Each team will be provided with pre-printed game cards based on the team Rosters turned in. Thank you to Ken Anderson for providing these.

At check-in, teams will receive their coaches gift, team tournament pins, team T-Shirts and 4 Meal Vouchers for the coach & your ref team.

Venues:
CHCP = Community Park, GAP = Grand Avenue Park, TOWN = Townsend Jr. High, CYN = Canyon Hills Jr. High

Townsend Jr. High School is a helivac site. We do not anticipate the use of the field as a helivac, site but it is very important to respect the parking barriers as they are set up to assist in the event of an emergency.
The Sherriff's Department will be patrolling the sites regularly and will ticket those vehicles parked in the red zones, fire lanes, and handicap spaces.

In the event of an emergency, the public phones should not be used for 911, rather use your cell phone and tell them what venue you are playing as we will be providing the addresses to the local Fire & Sherriff stations. 911 from your Cell phone is not dispatched to CHP.
