GAME CHANGE REQUESTS BY COACHES

Due to the large complexity of trying to schedule around coaches with more than one team, the following process describes the only way games may be changed from the current schedule:

1. The coach must work through their division commissioner. The division commissioner will contact all of the coaches involved in the requested change.
2. A swap cannot happen if any coach declines to move.
3. Once all coaches agree, then the division commissioner (and only the division commissioner) will notify the scheduler of the changes to be made. It is the responsibility of the division commissioner to have and maintain all of the approvals.
4. All schedule changes must be submitted by the division commissioner (to the scheduler) more than 48 hours prior to the game -- no changes within 48 hours of the game (due to referee coverage issues).
5. Changes shall include all of the following information:
   1. Division (like "GU12")
   2. Old Game: Game #, Date, Time, Field, Home and Away Coaches
   3. New Game: Game #, Date, Time, Field, Home and Away Coaches

TO VIEW TEAM SCHEDULES

To view all teams in your Age, click Teams then Age.
To view only your Team games, click Teams, click Age, Click your team.
To view all games in your Age, click Schedules, click Age.
To view standings click Standings, click Age.
To view only your Teams scores, click Teams, click Age, Click your team.
To view all scores in your Age, click Schedules, click Age.
To view all information relating to North Irvine Soccer, click Homepage.

HOW TO REPORT SCORES

To report score, click on schedules, age, report score.
Follow instructions in the report score window.
Do not press back. Your score will be reported in "Real" time.
Remember to press "Reload" or "Refresh" after posting scores.
The "report score" command will not be available until the day of the game.
Please contact your local Scheduler for report score “password” if needed.

IF A WRONG SCORE IS POSTED

If a wrong score has been posted:
Please e-mail North Irvine Soccer with the following information.
Gender / Age of Team.
Name of Team.
Game number.
Corrected score with home goals first, then away goals.
Name and position of person requesting score change.
