TEAM CHECK IN PROCEDURES

Check in for the Girls will be 35 to 45 minutes before your first game at the Headquarters Tent
located at the venue of your first game on Saturday, September 1, 2007.
There will be a H Q Tent at all Venues.
Players can go to the fields.
Please have all paperwork ready.
Pick up your team's pins and T-Shirts (if pre-ordered) at this time.
Please complete the on line roster form and bring it to the field H Q Tent.
All teams MUST turn in a Roster Form at Check in.
All team's Rosters are frozen at check-in. (No player adds to the Roster or team.)

SCHEDULE CHANGES

There may be a few schedule changes after the schedules are posted.
Please review your schedules. Not all schedules will change.
Notification e-mails will be sent regarding any schedule changes.
It is the teams responsibility, to check their schedules for any changes that may occur.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE BEFORE HEADING FOR THE FIELDS.

AWARDS

All rostered players received Tournament pins. All teams in all Flights placing 1st and 2nd receive medals.
Please pick up Medals at the field HQ Tent.
All Teams are guaranteed 4 scheduled games.

To view all teams in your Age, click Teams then Age.
To view only your Team games, click Teams, click Age, Click your team.
To view all games in your Age, click Schedules, click Age.
To view standings click Standings, click Age.
To view only your Teams scores, click Teams, click Age, Click your team.
To view all scores in your Age, click Schedules, click Age.
To view all information relating to the Orange County Kick-Off Classic 2007, click Homepage.


HOW TO REPORT SCORES

Completed Game Cards will be at the Fields of play and the Referees will have them.
After the game the Referee will have you sign the card and the Referee will report the score

IF A WRONG SCORE IS POSTED

Please contact the Tournament Director at the Field Headquarters Tent - ASAP.
